2. SERVICES, QUOTES, AND PAYMENT

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated in the quote.
Final pricing, scheduling, and scope are confirmed in writing before work begins.
We accept card payments (processed through Wix and Stripe), cash, and check.
Installation and takedown dates may shift due to weather, safety, or scheduling conflicts. We will notify you of any changes.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and a working power source.

3. SMS TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM

Program name: Santa’s Magic Lights Text Messages

Sender: All messages are sent by Santa’s Magic Lights about its own services. We do not send messages on behalf of other businesses.

What you’ll receive: Recurring text messages about your quote, scheduling, appointment reminders, installation and takedown updates, support, and occasional promotions.

How you opt in: Check the optional SMS consent box on our contact form at https://www.santasmagiclights.com/#quote and submit it with your phone number. If you text us first, we will reply only about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: Varies.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
